Login with your EcoFlow account to retrieve your User ID

api-cn requires a phone number (with country code, e.g. +86...) instead of an email. In Auto mode, entering a phone number automatically routes to api-cn. Your account may live on a different host than your actual geographic region, so if you receive an "Account does not exist" message, try selecting the host explicitly.

Security & Privacy

All requests are made directly from your browser to EcoFlow's official API servers (api.ecoflow.com, api-e.ecoflow.com, api-a.ecoflow.com, api-j.ecoflow.com, api-r.ecoflow.com, api-cn.ecoflow.com).

️ Your credentials are NEVER sent to any third-party servers or stored anywhere - they go only to EcoFlow's official authentication endpoints. This page makes direct API calls from your browser.
